Do I need more then one estimate?
Answer – No Law requires you to get more than one estimate.

 Do I need to use the shop that the Insurance Company requires?
 Answer – No You are not obligated to use any particular shop to obtain repairs. You choose the shop and authorize the repairs.

Should I use a Certified Shop?
Answer – Yes, because these shops are required for the certification to send their employee’s to training for repairing the vehicles.

What is a "small repair?"
Answer - Small repairs include the following - Dings, dents, scrapes and scratches, broken plastic parts, suspension alignments and repairs, minor unibody repairs and alignments. 

How long do the repairs usually take?
Answer - Our main objective is to fix your vehicle quickly and provide quality service at the same time.  Vehicle repair time is dependant on the extent of the damage that is why we need to give you an estimate before we can assess the time frame of how long the repairs would take.

Do you accept insurance work?
Answer - We do accept insurance work from most providers. 

Do you repair all types of vehicles?
Answer - We repair and paint all types of cars / trucks / Suv's.
